Sign in to an existing account

Use the email address and password you registered with. If the address already has an account, signing in keeps you with your existing record.

If you registered with Google, choose Sign in with Google on the sign-in page and use that same Google account. A Karatu password reset is a separate path; it does not reset your Google password.

Check your confirmation email

1. Open the confirmation page and check the address shown.
2. Check that inbox and its spam folder.
3. Use Send a new link on the confirmation page if you need another.

The link expires after 24 hours. A delivery request does not confirm the account; open the link in the email.

Wrong address or forgotten password

If you can sign in and your address is unconfirmed, the confirmation page lets you correct it after entering your current password. A confirmed address cannot be changed through that form.

Request a reset with your registered email, then check that inbox and its spam folder. Without access to it, this route cannot restore access.
