Make and download a Free Learning Record

Downloading this PDF requires making an unlisted sharing link. Anyone holding that link can read and download the issued version.

1. From your record, open Preview your Learning Record.
2. Review the included books, recognition and writing. Use Paper and Ink for a Free record, then Update preview after changing selections.
3. Choose Make a sharing link. This creates a fixed version accessible to anyone with its link.
4. When the files are ready, choose Download PDF. Return to this version from Issued records.

If preparation fails, your record is saved. Choose Check file status; after two minutes, Try preparing the files again becomes available. Later private edits require a new preview and sharing link.

What is available on Free?

Free includes unlimited books and imports, 3 saved reflections per record, basic Learning Record and year-edition PDFs, and sharing. No payment card is needed.

Paid subscriptions are not open yet. The Plans page lists their prices, terms and included tools. Starting a Free record does not enable closed paid features.

Family transcripts

Free includes one student record and basic record PDFs. Family course, transcript and supplement tools require Family. The parent enters and checks grades, credits and course details; Karatu does not grant school credit.

Professional reading reports

Supported report tools require Professional. A holder enters the required writing, checks the applicable body's rules and submits any claim. A sample does not establish eligibility or promise acceptance.

What does a record establish?

It records what the reader reported, when it was logged and which version was issued. It does not certify that a person read or understood a book.
